I have been looking for a really good and reliable dentist office and stumbled upon Glendora Family Dentistry. I am so happy to have found them, the whole staff is so nice and accommodating, the girls upfront are very welcoming, Liz does and awesome job cleaning and deep cleaning not only my teeth but my whole family. Dr. Lee is an amazing ortho and has my smile looking on point. Dr. Desai, I have no words…. He is just great!!!! Took him 10 minutes to pull out my wisdom tooth and I did not feel a thing! Just got all four of my wisdom teeth removed here last week and I’ve recovered perfectly with no pain or complications whatsoever. Dr. Desai Is wonderful! He takes his time with every patient, he explains everything thoroughly, and he’s great at administering novocaine shots with little to no pain whatsoever (and that means a lot coming from someone who is VERY sensitive to pain 😂).

I am not one to post reviews but this one is something i can not do. My family and i have been going to this dental office for almost 10 years. When we first joined i was amazed buy the quality of service they offered. The front desk has become like my best friends here and we always joke around. The whole point of this review is this. Today i got 4 wisdom teeth removed and i was terrified. Dr reinsured me that i have nothing to worry about and knew i was scared. I am beyond grateful to the whole team even my bud Lisa the dental hygienist. Please continue to keep up the amazing work and just know i am forever grateful to each and every employee there at Glendora Family.

Been going to the same office my entire life, which was a pain because I don’t live close to there anymore. Extremely nervous about going to the dentist period. Gave this place a try because of the reviews, and I’m happy I did. The staff was super nice, as was the doctor. The office and equipment is top notch, and Dr. Dasai worked fast (because I think he sensed my uncomfortableness, was probably the most pain free cleaning I’ve ever had, and did a good thorough job. 100% recommend!

If you are looking for a new dentist I highly recommend you give this office a chance. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The whole place is spotless and clean. It doesn’t look like your regular dentist office, the decor is very modern and sleek. Dr. Desai is very gentle with his hands and makes sure you are comfortable the whole time. Liz and Maricela are very gentle but thorough and always do a great job when I stop by for a cleaning.

I cannot stress how non stressful my visit to GFD was. I had a very unpleasant experience with another local dentist about 8 yrs ago so Ive had a serious fear of returning. I found Dr Sachin through the amazing reviews on yelp and Google & by chance was also referred to him by a friend of friend. The entire office staff are incredibly welcoming the office is very clean and modern giving you a feeling of confidence before you step into the room. My experience with the hygienist Liz along with the assistant Jessica was easily the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with a teeth cleaning especially considering the grinding they’d have to do. The final process with fixing my broken fillings with Dr. Sachin was an absolute breeze. I had more work done in 1/4th the time and with more professionalism I’ve ever experienced. I’m a lifer with this group. Do not hesitate call them.

Everyone at the office has been great from the beginning. On Friday my got hit hard in the mouth and got a cut on her gum. I called today to if he can see her. Lucky it was nothing. Dr desai is probably the best dentist I have ever been to.he has taken care out all my fillings, root canals and has been good about negotiating a price that fits my budget when I do not have insurance. He has friendly staff that does whatever they can to make you feel comfortable and most importantly he has very gentle hands when it comes to your mouth!

Looked online on a Friday @4:45 pm was in horrible pain they called me back right away and set me up for an app the next day on sat. Was very nervous because it was a wisdom tooth Dr. Desai came in explained what we needed to do down to a tee. It made me feel great because he was asking how I WAS DOING and to me that’s the most important thing because I dislike density nothing against him but yeah do not like it. When it was time to pull I felt like he know what He’s doing while explaining to me what he was doing the tooth came out hole thank god and fast I really liked how he handles his customer service a lot of people thend to for get about that. I’ve got a new density and I know that you should give him a try hands down nicest most respectable person you’ll ever meet trust me you’ll be happy with a white smile.

I have been extremely satisfied with this dentist. He works very quickly, which could be good or bad. In this case it is good. The procedures don’t take very long so there is not a lot of discomfort. He does a really great job shaping the teeth, and listens to your concerns if your bite does not feel right to you. I have very small teeth and told him one time that the tooth still felt a little large after the filling. He informed me that it might be the anesthetic, but he shaped it a little smaller for me anyway. As for convenience, the wait time is very brief. I have not waited longer than fifteen minutes in the waiting room. Once I had to wait about twenty minutes after they called me in, but I could tell that the person before me was having a lot of work done, so it was understandable. The office is slightly hard to find. The offices are in a building behind foothill Presbyterian Hospital, and the hallways are confusing. Overall, Dr. Desai is a very good dentist, and you will not spend all day there. He is very professional and listens to his patients concerns.

Dr. Desai replaced six crowns at one time for me. He is the only dentist I know that held my hand. I’m a big baby when it comes to shots. I worked myself up and I had tears flowing out of my eyes. LOL! One of his staff members name Kelly had to call the Dr. in and he held my hand, and I told Kelly don’t leave me. It’s funny now! He explained everything well regarding the work needed to be done and did not rush while working on my teeth. If something is not right he will fix it. While he worked on my teeth I listen to music and I felt comfortable. He’s a dentist I can trust. His work is awesome! I am satisfied with his care of my dental needs. His personality is serious and caring. He is truly outstanding. He is tall and good looking (smile). I did not wait to long to see him. Very pleasant office staff and the office always smells refreshing. I recommended him to a couple of my family and friends. I highly recommend Dr. Sachin P. Desai. Can’t get any better!!! Getting my check ups and cleanings has never been exciting until now. I love coming to DR Desai’s office . He and the staff always make me feel like I’m at home. They always work with my schedule and if I’m going on my lunch hour they will make it a point to get me out in time . Can’t wait to go back .

They are open on Saturdays and that is a big plus for me! Office is clean and friendly staff. Going to any doctor office is not my favorite thing to do, however staff made it less uncomfortable. Dr. Desai explain everything to you and make you comfortable. Office is located in a nice area with plenty of parking space.

Dr Desai is the best and the staff as well friendly and care about there patients.The office is a nice and clean environment. Wait time is great, they are pretty quick to pull you to the back. They have several payment options and try their best to work with your financial situation. I live about 30 minutes away but i still go there because i think the drive is worth it. I recommend this office to my family and friends and think that everyone should at least give this place a try, I’m sure you will be completely satisfied.

BEST DENTIST AND STAFF! I had not gone to dentist in a long time due too loseing insurance.. But I finally got some again and prepared myself for the nightmare. I was very happy to find out it wasn’t so bad at all! Dr. Desai was very professional and very nice from my first visit. He was straight up with me on what I needed done and very honest with pricing it and working with my insurance. The ladies running his office were also very nice and helpful big thanks to Marlene and Kelly for making things such a breeze! Dr. Desai’s dental assistant was also very good, I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name but she made me very comfortable threw a root canel and crown. I still have to go back and get more work done and I feel much about the whole ordeal and much better about my self to finally get the work done. I believe I have found my dentist for as long as he’s around. He is also open Saturday which is great because it’s hard to take time off from work.Thank you so much Dr. Desai and staff!

Dr. Sachin Desai is an excellent dentist and very professional. The wait time at his office is between 0-5 minutes as they are always on time with their appointments. This is a definite plus when it comes to seeing medical providers who invariably always have long wait times! He’s created a very comfortable environment in the waiting room with a fully stocked fridge with water and juice, magazines, and games for children. He also has a TV that runs advertisements on how to better care for your teeth (I’ve gotten some helpful advice from it). As for the doctor himself: he is very attentive and professional. He has a very soft hand when it comes to dental procedures providing minimal discomfort and hardly have I felt pain. My family and I have been going to him for 10 years now and we wouldn’t even think to see another dentist. I recommend him highly to all!

I’ve gone to Dr. Desai for a year now and for the first time I don’t dread the dentist. I had all amalgam filling from my previous dentist, which I hated, he offered to replace them all for an extremely reasonable price and informed me if care credit as an option for a payment plan. i’m never waiting long or in the chair long.The staff is excellent and friendly, Marlene at the front desk is always friendly and helpful I even brought my grandmother in to get some work done. I’ve never been happier with a dentist. i highly recommend him.
