7 Ways to Have a Brighter Smile

Who doesn’t like to have whiter, brighter teeth like the ones Hollywood actors and actresses have? Everybody likes whiter teeth basically because it looks cleaner and healthier looking. The question is, how do we achieve that bright smile we are yearning for?

Tip # 1: Use toothpaste that has sodium fluoride to whiten your sets and keep them healthy. Brush your teeth at least twice a day.

Tip # 2: Make a natural tooth cleanser that can be a trick to ‘exfoliate’ your teeth. Combine baking soda and salt, mix it well, dip your toothbrush into the mixture and brush your teeth. Do these not more than once a week to avoid damage.

Tip # 3: Gargle water after eating or drinking beverages o avoids stains on your teeth. Do this especially when you have just drunk coffee, tea, or anything with caffeine as this easily stain your teeth.

Tip # 4: Eat more of saliva-producing foods like celery, apples, pears, carrots, etc. This helps eradicate bacteria in your teeth and mouth by producing more saliva.

Tip # 5: Wear red lipstick. Seriously, this trick works. It works by making your white teeth more visible in the crimson color outlining your mouth.

Tip # 6: Spearmint, peppermint and cinnamon does not only freshen your breath but these organic flavors can be a natural whitening agent. Munch and snack on this to keep your mouth healthier and fresher.

Tip # 7: Eat more vegetables, especially the green, leafy ones. This does not only make you healthier, but it produces a certain mineral that protects your teeth from stains and bacteria.

Just be sure you brush your teeth after eating or you might have spinach stuck between your teeth instead of achieving the white teeth you are aiming for.
